  • 300 g gelbe Spalterbsen
  • 1 große onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 20 g ginger
  • 1 TL turmeric
  • 2 EL Niter Kibbeh or oil
  • 900 ml water
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Spalterbsen spülen.
  2. onion without or with wenig Fett langsam weggch cook.
  3. Niter Kibbeh, garlic, ginger and turmeric add.
  4. Erbsen and water eggnrühren.
  5. 45–60 minutes sanft cook, bis die Erbsen weggch and cremig sind.
  6. salten and with Injera serve.
