Ingredients

  • 500 g long-grain rice
  • 700 g fish or chicken
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion
  • carrots, cabbage and aubergine
  • 900 ml stock
  • chilli and salt

Preparation

  1. Brown the fish or chicken briefly.
  2. Cook onion, tomatoes and tomato paste into a concentrated base.
  3. Add vegetables and stock and simmer.
  4. Add the washed rice and cook it in the aromatic liquid.
  5. Cook until the rice and protein are fully done, then serve together.
