How to prepare Domoda

4–6 servings

Ingredients

  • 700 g chicken, beef or fish
  • 180 g smooth groundnut paste
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • mixed vegetables
  • 800 ml water
  • lemon juice
  • chilli and salt

Preparation

  1. Brown or pre-cook the chosen protein.
  2. Soften onion, tomatoes and tomato paste.
  3. Whisk the groundnut paste with water and add it to the pot.
  4. Add vegetables and simmer gently until everything is fully cooked.
  5. Season with lemon, chilli and salt and serve with rice.
