  • 400 g kataifi pastry
  • 180 g butter or ghee
  • 400 g mild mozzarella, well drained
  • 150 g ricotta or Akkawi-cheese
  • 250 g sugar
  • 180 ml water
  • 1 TL lemon juice
  • 1 TL orange blossom water
  • 40 g pistachios

Preparation
