Ingredients

  • 600 g okra
  • 700 g firm fish
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • chilli and salt

Preparation

  1. Portion and season the fish.
  2. Soften onion and tomatoes in oil.
  3. Slice the okra and add it with the water.
  4. Lay in the fish carefully so the pieces remain intact.
  5. Simmer gently until the fish is fully cooked and the sauce is thickened.
