Ingredients

  • 600 g cooked ham
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 1 green salad
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the potatoes into fries, rinse them and dry them extremely well.
  2. Fry once at a lower temperature until the potatoes are cooked but pale.
  3. Raise the oil temperature and fry again until crisp and golden.
  4. Whisk mustard, vinegar and oil into a sharp dressing and dress the salad.
  5. Serve the warm ham with the fries and salad.
