  • 500 g Weggzenflour
  • 7 g Trockenhefe
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1/2 TL cardamom
  • 280 ml lauwarme milk or water
  • 2 EL oil
  • 1 Prise salt
  • oil zum deep-fry

Preparation

  1. Trockene Ingredients mix.
  2. Flüssigkeggt and oil eggnarbeggten and zu weggchem dough kneten.
  3. Abgedeckt etwa 1 hour gehen lassen.
  4. dough ausrollen and in Dreggecke or Rechtecke cut.
  5. Begg 170–175 °C goldbraun deep-fry.
  6. drain and warm serve.
